Placing a signature onto a document
Adding a signature to a PDF isn't always about signing an agreement — it might be approving an internal document, marking a certificate as reviewed, adding a personal touch to a design mockup, or completing a record for your own files. - Yes — upload a photo or scan and the tool will place it on the page. For a cleaner result, a photo with good contrast against the background works best.
- Does this verify or certify the signature?
- No. This places a visual signature image onto the PDF; it doesn't verify identity or add legal certification. For documents with specific legal signature requirements, check with a qualified professional.
- Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
- No. Every part of this tool — reading your PDF, letting you fill and sign it, and generating the completed file — runs in your own browser. Your document is never uploaded anywhere, and you don't need to create an account.
